Stamp buyers and collectors all over the country will soon have the chance to own something that belongs to Pennsylvania, according to news sources.
It turns out that the U.S. Postal Service is celebrating the beauty of American waterfalls, including one found in a Pennsylvania state park, according to a release from U.S. Postal Service.
A photo from Ricketts Glen State Park in Columbia County taken by photographer Kenneth Keifer will be included in a new waterfall-themed packet of stamps. The waterfall stamps will go on sale beginning June 13. The stamps will be issued in sheets of 12 for $7.56, the release said.
Each stamp will feature a photograph with the name of the waterfall and state in which it is located beneath it.
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, Ricketts Glen has 21 waterfalls along the Falls Trail, and the full loop of the Falls Trail is 7.2 miles, WBRE/WYOU reported.
