The Keweenaw National Historical Park Advisory Commission announced that this year's Keweenaw Heritage Grant program has awarded nearly $126,000 (a total of $125,963.39) in funding for various historic preservation, interpretation, education, and curatorial projects covering an area from Copper Harbor to the Porcupine Mountains.
Of the 20 grant applications, 15 were chosen to receive awards.
